How many computers can I install your plugins on?
A single license can be activated on up to three computers. Contact us if you've maxed out your activations and need to pry one from the cold, dead hands of a recently deceased laptop.
Which DAWs are supported?
Our plugins work with any 64-bit DAW that supports VST3, AU, or AAX formats.
What are the minimum system requirements?
macOS 11+ | Windows 10+
Are your plugins Apple Silicon native?
Yes—and Universal Binary for older Intel systems.
Do you offer demo versions of your plugins?
We offer a seven-day free trial during which our plugins are fully functional without a license.
What is your refund policy?
Refund requests must be made within seven days of the purchase date. Refunds are not possible for products that have already been activated; however, they may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Denormal Audio. To request a refund, please email support@denormal.audio and include the email address associated with your account and your order number.
